Hanaya Rupani Co-founder at Your School Guide Having graduated from New York University’s Stern school of business, I have worked as a credit research analyst at JP Morgan in Mumbai. The need for a concept like “Your School Guide” occurred to me while selecting a school for my 3 year old. As parents, we have numerous questions relating to schools - curriculum, facilities provided by school, assessment patterns, extra-curricular activities, security, medical services, food services just to name a few. To add to this anxiety is the pressure of deadlines for form submission and queries relating to interviews for admission. Therefore, we felt it would be great to have an online one-stop destination for school information and other queries related to education. We hope this adds value towards making the school selection process easier for parents.
Bhavika Gandhi Co-founder at Your School Guide Previously, I have worked as a Strategy and Management Consultant in India and Dubai, advising clients across a broad range of industries. As a new parent, my interactions exposed the amount of confusion that exists regarding schools and education. On digging deeper, I realised that up-to-date and relevant information in an organised manner was not easily available. It was then that I decided to start Your School Guide to address this gap. I have always loved engaging with children and I am glad for this opportunity to try and add some value towards making a brighter future for them.
